Open churches days

The Saint-Pierre church had many setbacks and disasters before it was completely rebuilt in the 17th century. Inside the church you can admire the work of plasterer staffer Henry Maya; the decor is surprisingly beautiful, with colorful polychrome colors that have been restored to their original state. In 2013, the interior of the church was recognized as Exceptional Walloon Heritage. The church itself has been on the Monuments List since 1989.
Every year the Open Churches days put the religious heritage in the spotlight. For this 12th edition you have the opportunity to find inspiration in ‘Emotions’.
